Acclamator II-class Assault Carrier

Acclamator-class Assault Ship
HistoryThe precursor to the iconic Star Destroyer class, the Acclamator Assault Ship was initially envisioned as an assault landing and support ship. Despite serious deficiencies in it's ordinance, the Acclamator saw service throughout the Clone Wars. Design NotesThis version of an late Clone Wars Acclamator assumes that there's still a combat role for this hull design as a carrier (I mean it launches and coordinates all those LAATs so it should be able to handle a few squadrons). I also was looking for a configuration that made sense as a precursor to the Victory Star Destroyer.Oh, I played it fast and loose with point cost. Edits to come.About Adorable RocketMy designs all assume that Galactic technology has been pretty much mature for millennia. The differences in ships that we see between the Clone Wars, Civil War, and Force Awakens eras I see as a distinction of style and design philosophy. For example during the Clone Wars the Galactic Navy is not more primitive, but it is less industrialized and more concerned with the survival of it's soldiers, resulting in different tradeoffs. If you have a different idea of how the various eras relate you'll likely be unsatisfied with my designs.
