During the reveal command step of any friendly ship, exhaust this card and spend a token. That ship may now pass on it's activation without counting as activating or revealing a command. Your opponent must then activate another ship.
My revisit to my original Thrawn concept on Shipyards. Playtesting has revealed a bit of mixed results with the original idea and generally described as annoying at best or not worth the points.
