Point Value
During the Command Phase, designate an enemy ship within Distance 3 of this ship. Any other friendly ships that are within Distance 3 of that ship and attack it may add 1 red die to their attack pool for the remainder of the round.
Upgrade Type
Offensive Retrofit
One of the upgrades that I created for my Carrack-class Light Cruiser Expansion Pack, based loosely on what Wookiepedia ( says about this ship.

The more of a "Gang-Up" maneuver is what I was going for, and that's a great way to put it on the card. I'm going to change it to that, thanks.

I can't remember the original text.It still seems to imply that the first ship will get extra dice, but you won't know if there are multiple ships attacking that target until at least the second ship fires, and you don't want anything that makes you go back to a ship that already activated. To avoid issues, this ship (as the formation leader) opens the door, and the other ships follow in. This ship won't get a bonus, but any subsequent ones will. Part of that is the title. There IS a way to do something similar, and would be more of a "Gang Up" maneuver. "During the command phase, designate an enemy ship. Any friendly ships that attack it may add 1 red die to their dice pool. This ship must attack the designated enemy ship."

Pretty cool. But leaves you to go back and roll a die for the first ship in the group, since there won't be a second ship attacking until it does, which it may or may not be able to do depending on what the target ship goes. How about something more like: Any friendly ships that attack the same target may add one red die to their dice pool. Another title option might be "Form Up On Me!"
