Definitely too cheap. This is the most powerful commander card to date :)The ability to reduce command dials by 1 is very strong alone. Then you add Expanded hangars (without eating a slot), give it a Toryn Farr-like ability (with any dice at distance 1-5) that would also stack with Bomber Command Center (again without taking up any slots). So now my Yavaris-powered fleet will be double-tapping 3-4 times, with a massive number of rerolls (with flight commander and distance 1-5 everything will be in range for re-rolls).

What kind of obstacle is the Shield Gate then? Does it do damage to ships that overlap it?

A Neb B Escort, only more expensive? I can't seem to spot any difference.

3 pts and the officer slot, just to protect against a crit that strikes only twice in the whole deck?

Like it a lot. Probably a few point on the cheap side tho.

The word "ravish" may not be what you're after. Sure, it has an archaic meaning that fits, but using contemporary English it's not a great title.

Very nice. Thematic. Unique combination. Correctly costed.

You don't need admiral/title icons in the upgrade bar. Their existence is assumed.

Re the new text: why can't it move WITHIN distance 4 of the flagship? Doesn't make any sense. Also, it's "you" not "this squadron".

I know! But I don't like it, so I'll use 2 dots instead, just to be contrary :D

Looks much better now!

The command mechanic is intriguing, but a squadron with stats like that, including double brace (why defense tokens for a generic squadron?), for 8 pts is just silly.

Very nice mechanic there - punishing smaller vessels. Like it.In FFG speak it should be worded like this:"While attacking, if the defender is a medium ship, you may reroll 1 attack die. If the defender is a small ship, you may instead reroll up to 2 attack dice."

Feels kind of obsolete now, unless part of some alternate reality setup.

It's better. Maybe reword it: After an enemy squadron ends its movement at distance 1-2, you may activate. If you do, you must end your movement engaged with that squadron. This gives him a rogue-like ability.

Acclamator, not Acclimator :-)

Like him. Good special. Not op, just good. And correctly costed I'd say.

Scatter and brace on top, plus the ability for ANY squad to ignore Escort? At 26 pts?

Wow. That was laughably op compared to cost. Speed 4, hull 7, counter 3, rogue, 5 blue AS - at 18 pts? That's just horrible.

Double Scatter? Not sure about that one. But otherwise a great card.

Sorry, but this is a very clunky mechanic.

Have you playtested his ability? It's possible to take him down with accs of course, but he's more or less invincible vs. fleets without a lot of anti-squadron squadrons.
